The Felton CHEF101 is a is a heavy-duty, commercial-grade 30-inch double-sided angled grill and broiler brush designed for cleaning commercial broilers and grills in restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, and other foodservice operations. Its design and durability have earned it the nickname "The Battleaxe" from chefs throughout Ontario. This brush features two different style of heads. One side has tooth-like flat wire bristles that are used to scrape away any food burnt onto the grill, and the other side features finer round wires to sweep away anything that gets left behind.
