Pure Drop Vegetable Oil is a refined, neutral-flavoured cooking oil supplied in a 16 L bag-in-box case for commercial food preparation. It is suitable for deep frying, pan frying, sautéing, roasting, grilling, baking, and general food preparation without significantly altering the flavour of finished dishes.
The case format supports regular use in restaurants, quick-service operations, catering companies, cafés, food trucks, hotels, institutional kitchens, and grocery deli programs. Store the oil in a cool, dry area away from heat and direct sunlight, follow the instructions on the product packaging, and rotate stock using first-in, first-out practices. During frying, monitor oil temperature and signs of degradation, including darkening, foaming, or off-odours.
