The COVID-19 situation is evolving quickly and is a significant risk to the world. There is a lot of information in the market, and I want you to understand where A1 stands in this conversation. To our knowledge, at the time of writing this letter no A1 Employee has been tested positive for COVID-19.
We are Open – As per the list of essential services released by the Government of Ontario.
We have Reduced Hours – To ensure that we can maintain a clean, well stocked and sanitary experience for our customers
Limiting Bulk Buys – In order to ensure that all customers have a chance to buy essential items, we are limiting purchase quantities on a few essential items.
No Price Gouging – We will never charge unreasonable prices on items for the reason of price gouging. It is important to understand that pricing in the market on many essential items have increased recently due to market shortages, lack of incoming supply, and the devaluation of Canadian Dollar.
Safety of You and Our Team – We will take as much precautions as possible to build a reasonably safe environment for our customers and team.
