⚠️ GTA: For Orders less than $550 the delivery charge is $45.

⚠️ Additional Cities: London $1000+ Free Shipping, Tilsonburg $2000+ Free Shipping

⚠️ Please note, additional delivery charges may be required based on accessibility of your location, proximity of your location to our delivery routes, nature of your order. We will notify you if additional charges apply before your delivery.

⚠️ Please allow your delivery to be delayed a day from your scheduled time.

⚠️ Orders must be submitted by 1 PM before your scheduled delivery day.

Choose A1 Local Delivery

Select A1 Local Delivery, review the expected delivery date, enter your business opening and closing times, and add any delivery instructions.

Prepare for Delivery

Have someone available during the requested hours. Times aren’t guaranteed, and delivery may arrive up to 24 hours after the expected date. Arrival alerts are unavailable.

Important A1 Local Delivery Details

  • A1 Local Delivery is our bulk delivery service for larger orders delivered to business addresses. Delivery is not available to residential addresses.
  • A1 Local Delivery may appear at checkout even if your address is outside our delivery area. If we cannot deliver to your address, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
  • All A1 Local Delivery orders are prepared and dispatched from our Mississauga Kennedy location.
  • Delivery follows the schedule shown on this page. Some cities receive delivery more than once per week.
  • Orders must be placed by 1 pm the day before the scheduled delivery.
  • We will attempt delivery on the expected date, but delivery may be delayed by up to 24 hours.
  • You will not receive a delivery confirmation or arrival alert. Please ensure someone is available at the business to accept the order.
  • Enter your business’s actual opening and closing times at checkout. These times help us plan your delivery but are not a guaranteed delivery window.
  • If your business is open for fewer than eight hours, enter the actual hours and add any important timing or access information under Delivery instructions. Limited receiving hours may delay delivery.
  • Delivery fees and minimums before tax are:
    Greater Toronto Area: Free on orders of $550 or more; $45 below $550.
    London: Free on orders of $1,000 or more; $99 below $1,000.
    Tillsonburg: Free on orders of $2,000 or more; $99 below $2,000.
  • Placing an order does not reserve inventory. Items are allocated when the order is prepared, usually the night before delivery.
  • If an item is unavailable when your order is prepared, it will be removed from the order and refunded the day after delivery.
  • Eligible returns can be given directly to the driver. Refunds will be processed the following day.
  • Some large Wares & Equipment items are not eligible for A1 Local Delivery. Contact Customer Service before ordering to confirm delivery availability. If we cannot deliver an item in your order, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
  • To request a change or cancellation, contact Customer Service by 1 pm the day before your scheduled delivery. Customers cannot modify or cancel Local Delivery orders themselves.
