E.D. Smith - Alfredo Sauce

Founded in 1998 by Amjad Parvaiz, A1 Cash and Carry began as a part-time business selling shopping bags from a home garage. By listening to customers and adding the products and services they needed, A1 built its business around independent restaurants and foodservice operators. Today, A1 Cash and Carry is a Canadian-founded and operated foodservice wholesaler, fulfilling more than 3,000 orders each day through a growing network of cash-and-carry stores, ecommerce, and delivery services. As we expand into new markets, the same principles continue to guide us: competitive wholesale pricing, practical selection, reliable supply, and service that helps customers run their businesses.
