Elite Balkan-Style Yogurt is a full-fat yogurt with 5.9% milk fat, supplied in a 10 kg bucket for restaurants, catering companies, hotels, institutional kitchens, and prepared-food operations. Its firm, scoopable texture and mild, tangy flavour work across savoury, sweet, breakfast, baking, and beverage applications.
Use it for tzatziki, raita, dressings, dips, marinades, sauces, parfaits, baked goods, lassi, smoothies, and other yogurt-based dishes. Keep continuously refrigerated, follow the storage and best-before instructions on the packaging, cover after opening, and rotate stock using first-in, first-out practices.
