The Felton CHEF813 11" heavy-duty brass pizza oven cleaning brush removes food debris, ash and baked-on residue from pizza ovens without damaging cooking surfaces. Ideal for pizzerias, restaurants, bakeries and commercial kitchens, this premium brush features soft, flexible brass wire bristles that withstand the highest temperatures while providing effective cleaning after every bake. Measuring 11 inches wide, it is one of the widest pizza oven brushes available and contains more brass wire fill than any other brush on the market for greater sweeping coverage and longer service life. The integrated horizontal scraper provides long-lasting and double cleaning action with its horizontal scraper, while the 40-inch Canadian hardwood handle provides extended reach for safer cleaning around hot pizza ovens.
