Description
Jolion's Dark Soy Sauce (老抽) is thicker, darker, and slightly sweeter than light soy sauce, prized as much for its rich colour as its flavour. Beyond seasoning, it's what gives fried rice, noodles, red braised pork, and other dishes their deep, appetizing colour, alongside a fresh aroma and delicious taste in soups, meat, fish, salads, pasta, and rice.
- Made with the highest quality non-GMO soybeans and selected wheat
- Naturally fermented under sunshine for more than 180 days
- Free of melamine, 3-MCPD, and 1,3-DCP, meeting EU and US standards
- Low in calories and rich in essential amino acids
- Adds rich colour as well as flavour, ideal for fried rice, noodles, and red braised pork
- Great for seasoning soups, meat, fish, salads, pasta, and rice
