Jolion's Light Soy Sauce (生抽) is lighter in colour than regular soy sauce, with a reddish-brown hue and a strong, rich aroma. Saltier than dark soy sauce, it's typically used in moderation and paired with other seasonings to balance a dish, working well in stir-fried and cold dishes alike.

Made with carefully selected, non-GMO soybeans and wheat flour
Naturally fermented under sunshine for more than 180 days
Free of melamine, 3-MCPD, and 1,3-DCP, meeting EU and US standards
